RTM Lift
Modular Home Transport

The Ready to Move (RTM) Home Lift consists of a platform, attached to the semi-truck chassis (bolted or 5th wheel attachment), with a lifting device, backup camera, air hook-up, and 7 pin electrical connector.

The lifting device is powered by two cylinders for the tilt motion and a 30K lbs. hydraulic winch for lifting the tongue of the modular home. 

Once the RTM home is lifted, the tongue gets lowered and secured to the pintle hitch of the semi-truck. 

The platform is equipped with an extendable hitch allowing for 24-inch adjustability to place the RTM tongue onto the pintle hitch. 

All the hydraulics on the platform are powered by the wet kit of the semi truck. 

The wet kit provides hydraulic fluid to power the control valve which controls the cylinders of the tilt mechanism and the extendable hitch, as well as the hydraulic winch.
